appointment Pricing

Initial consultations are $400 per hour, with a minimum 1 hour charge. Most initial consultations take approximately 1 hour (with a maximum of 1.5 hours).

Diagnostic tests, products and medications may be recommended and these are additional charges. Estimates are provided during the appointment prior to the tests being done.

Recheck appointments are $300 per hour, prorated in15 minute increments, and generally last 30-60 minutes.

For house calls, there is a travel fee to the appointment of $250/hour up to one hour with a minimum $62.50. Travel times greater than one hour are billed on a sliding scale.

Cancellation Policy

Initial consults require a $400 deposit when scheduling the appointment. There is a 72 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours forfeit the deposit.

Client Forms

Behavior history forms must be completed and emailed back to us no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please also read, sign, and return the Referral Policy form.

Referral Policy form for Clients

If your dog has bitten another dog or person, please start muzzle training your dog for the safety of our other clients and patients. Your dog will need to be muzzled to enter and exit the clinic. Click here for more information on muzzle training: Muzzle Up Project
